PUT AN EXPERIENCED LITIGATOR IN YOUR CORNER.
As an experienced Civil Trial Lawyer for over 30 years, my work in civil litigation has proven to be proficient and successful. My experience in the courtroom has its advantages when representing clients involved in hotly contested disputes over real estate, money, contracts, wills or trusts.
I STAND UP FOR SENIOR CITIZENS
Our senior citizens deserve to live their lives without the threat of others taking advantage of them. If you suspect that your elderly loved one was manipulated, tricked, or coerced into something that could negatively impact their finances or well-being, contact me and we can explore the various remedies available to right these wrongs.
Pamela D. Keller
When I was still an undergraduate student at the University of Wisconsin, I had the opportunity to work for a judge. Not even a week into my job, I was exposed to the courtroom for the first time during a trial. I was enchanted by the process and determined to be the best advocate I could be for my clients. That one experience was all it took for me to realize my true passion and discover what I wanted to do in life.

I can help with civil and business disputes
While elder law and civil litigation are huge areas of my practice, part of civil litigation also involves taking issues that arise in business or property ownership. Contact me if you're in need of legal assistance concerning business disputes, contract disputes, property boundaries, or contractor lien law.
Like it or not, business disputes really are just part of being in business — and they're bound to happen at some point. When you've made an agreement with another party and conflict arises, you don't have to figure out what the next steps should be all on your own. I can help you navigate your options and reach a solution. Contract disputes are the most common type of business dispute. Sometimes, it's as simple as a
misunderstanding of terms. Other situations can be more complex. For example, one party hasn't provided what was promised or didn't provide the product or service at a certain price point or even in a certain amount of time. These types of issues could be considered a breach, but they can still be worked out. No matter how complex the dispute may be, I have the skills you need to get to the bottom of the matter and move forward with your peace of mind intact.
Real estate disputes can be tricky. Call me if you're facing an issue relating to real estate fraud, boundary disputes, title to real property or another real estate matter.
